I'm fixing up a D14 for my 7 acre hobby farm and would like to get a plough for it. My land is heavy clay. Will a D14 pull a three furrow plough as advertised or am I better off getting a two furrow? Thanks

In heavy clay, the 2 bottom would be a better choice, IMO. If you do searches on the net, use the word plow instead of plough.

Where abouts in Ontario ? I'm near Hamilton and have a 3 bottom you could turn into a 2 as one moldboard is busted.

Jay we have talked before about wheels, mine are cracked. Still have not decided what I am doing about that yet. I live just north of Aylmer. Norm I don't think Randy was making fun of my spelling of plough maybe just stating a fact. I would probably get more hits with the american spelling. Its spelled both ways here.

Yes sir, No offense. Was thinking about search terms. Try it spelled both ways will get even more results in your area ?
