Its been a couple years ago I sold a year around cab off of a 185 to a guy on here, that goes by the name of 190allis. He is from Alabama. His name is Bill.  The last time I talked to him was Nov of 10 I think. He was taking treatments for cancer, and was in the hospital with pnemonia (sp?). He never sent me a check, but I feel like we had a deal, told him pay me when he comes to pick it up.  I fear the worst,He hasnt posted in a year. The mans word was good enough for me,I told him it would be here when he picked it up.        If anyone on here knows him, please let me know. I posted the conversations we had in PMs. Go to the bottom and read up.   I really dont know what to do with the cab but would like it gone.

Hello,

I should be able to by the latter part of next week. Should be about finishing harvest,by that time with any luck. Let me know what day you think you will be here, and I will try to have it towards the front of the shed. It should slide right into your pickup, its on a pallet, and I can put it in there with the forklift.

Hi, Wanted to ask if you would have time to load the cab sometime toward the latter part of next week.  I am planning a trip to IN and would like to pick it up.  Do you think it would fit in the back of a full size half ton pickup??  If you dont have time I will be back up your way during the week of Thanksgiving.  Either way would work for me.  I understand this is a busy time of year for anyone with corps.

Dont worry about that. I know how it is. I have been the same about getting things. As far as my side of this. Its sitting in the corner of the shed,on a pallet with your name on it. I have had some other interest in it,but I think we have a deal,I no it takes time to make trips work out.

I am still trying to get to Indiana.  If you get nervous about me wanting or picking up the cab and would like for me to go ahead and pay for it let me know.  I dont what it to get away but I am having problems being able to get away.  When I can I have not been able to hook up with the people I need to see in Indiana.  My luck!  Just let me know either way.  I will get there soon I hope!

If I get rained out it should work. If you still think  you will be here. I will try to have it out where it will be easy. My dad could be around and load it with the forklift. I will have it sitting on a pallet

I am trying to get to Evansville IN this coming weekend to go to a tractor show. Problem is I have 75 acres of hay on the ground and it rained last night.  If I can get it up so that I can go would you be available Saturday afternoon to load the cab?

Hi am really interested in the cab for the 185.  Would you please send me a picture of the cab.  Do you have all the hardware that goes with it?  You mentioned a show.  When and where is it located?

The last was Nov of 2010. That is when he was sick in the hospital and called me. And that was about the last PM I got from him.  I just hope someone on here knows him,and I can find out how he is. I will keep it here for 50 years if he is still coming for it, I just fear he is not.

I looked up 190Allis on the membership list and see he last posted Feb 18, 2011.  Hate to say this but it kind of looks like he is no longer with us.
If we had a last name we could look up obits in his local paper.  That is still an option I guess, I can't imagine Holly Pond, Al being all that big of town.  Perhaps another forum member in that area can help.

I just did a search of Cullman County, Al deaths but couldn't get back to Feb, 2011.  There must be a way but I couldn't find it.

Business is business......after all this time, if he's alive, he doesn't want it or need it (or can't pay for it) and if he's deceased, he also doesn't need it. I would lose zero sleep selling it to the next buyer.
