For some reason I cant just insert the pic from my files on here... It is in real good shape, cant wait to get some use out of it this Spring. However, I will think twice about pulling something like this 150 miles back home next time.. |

Looks in pretty good shape. With the big wings and extensions that must be about an 18'. The levelers is an added bonus.

I've got one just like it. Get a harrow to go behind it and it will do a good job.

Don: I have the manual if you need any info on it. You would be surprised how far one of those outer tines will throw a mailbox when you hang one! LOL!

looks good...
I pulled my 24' 1300 about 100 miles behind my 1ton pickup. It was not too bad until I got on the narrower two lane county road closer to home. One of its tires would run off the pavement onto the rocky shoulder. When I would approach a farm lane or side road, that tire had to jump any uneveness of the attached roads. I had to pull off to let traffic come around at several points.

As we left the farm where I bought it, top speed was 25mph. Wiggled and jerked side to side very bad. went about 13 miles like that and stopped at tractor supply. Bought a large flat washer to shim the sideplay in the tongue of the cultivator. fixed that. top speed then was a comfortable 40mph. Still a long drive from Hastings MN to outside of Sparta, WI to the farm. I had to put the lift cylinder on it but it has the original wing cylinders, and nice little AC decals on them. Next thing on the list would be a MIN till 1500 9 shank disc chisel. Michael (WI), didnt you buy a real nice one this Spring?

A couple of load binders with chains on a tongue will improve the ride of alot of implements. Done it many times. HTH Tracy Martin
