there are 3 currently sitting on a 55x80 foot lot in town that has a house, yard and 4 cars on it..... Don't know what that works out to though. Guess it means I need more land.

I had 1 (CA) or 3 total (a Cub Cadet and a 446 Case) when I had a mobile home in town. I now have 3 tractors and 3 garden tractors on 16 acres.
Didn't Roger Welsch cover this in one of his books? I know better than to line them all up in one place. The burning pile of $100 bills analogy is pretty much how SWMBO see things here...

I used to have 26 on one acre...then we bought 9 acres so had room to grow. Now I have 80+ on 12.8 acres....and about as many implements.  It is nice to not have to switch implements....but keeping up with the batteries, tires, fuel  and anti-freeze takes up a lot of time and $$$ LOL!

Not counting lawn mowers 19 on this 8 acres not counting part piles that would put together another couple.  Another 20 some at the farm along with three combines. Over half of the ones at the farm will never be runners.

Have 16 tractors on 2.25 acres which equels right at 2510 HP when they are all dynoed and the pulling tractors. That should be enough to farm this acreage with LOL !!!

Take care, Darryl

One WD for 25 acres plus an 2 old green riding mowers.
I did have a big ole green tractor also. It looked and ran good but I sold it because I didn't like it and needed the shed space.

I either have too much land or not enough tractors.  Ratio is still  about one tractor to four acres.
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

That question is confusing for me. I'm not sure how many tractors i have. the reason is Dads tractors are in my building and he likes when i refer to them as "the family tractors" so in total there are about 10 here. Then the land brings the same question. The FIL put my wifes name on the dead for a few acers then there are the rental propertys. So There is only 3 acres tillable that we own probably 6 acres total. But then if we add in the FIL's tractors ???
The universal answer to all questions is yes, how much do you want to spend?
