Anyone looking for the belt pulley assembly for the G, I see there are 2 of them on E-Bay. 1 short and 1 long.
Not mine, and I don't need one. Dusty

Did you see what the first one sold for on e-bay? Over $200.

Thanks Charlie, looks way different than the "other" one, just shows what I've seen with "G" tractors, absolutely zippo.

It does not surprise me at what it brought. Just the pulley it self is worth $40. to $60. maybe more. And those short assembles are very hard to find.

The "other one" must need the hydraulic pump to work.

The short one that sold first is for mounting on a hydraulic pump. The long one is like mine, no pump, just pulley.

Lonnie, If you wanted one of those short belt pulley shafts and the flat belt pulley, you missed a steal of a deal. Its very common at shows to see them going for $450.00 to 500.00 for the shaft, and more often than not $75 to 80 for the pulley itself. These things usually command a very good price. In fact if I would have saw that short one before it ended it would be mine and now for sale for $500.00 FYI.

Rich,
I was the winner of that auction.
The seller did note that the "bearings were frozen" but, as you noted, I think I'll be OK.
Best regards,
Scott(GA)
