Im looking at a 426 out of a L3 Gleaner combine. What needs to be done before I can put the motor into an 8030 allis? Torque specs? Thank you!

Flywheel, maybe the engine back plate, exhaust manifold and turbo and crossover tube, maybe the water pump and possibly the crankshaft pulley. Front engine mounts need to be fabricated.  Throttle linkage depending on the age of the L-3 engine.

If I have the original motor still in the 8030 can I just use the original motor mounts to transfer over?

That's up to you. A lot more work. The front end of the engine has to be stripped and camshaft removed to swap the front engine plate.

If you did that, I think that I would use the tractor oil pump and pan. Probably check on some crank bearings while there too. Maybe even use the tractor injection pump, if you have more faith in it.
