Kenny Louderback passed today around 2 pm. Kenny owned Louderback Implement in Stanley Va. Many on the forum knew him so I figured I would pass this on. His dad Lee started the Allis dealership in the late 40’s and Kenny took it over once Lee retired. Kenny did everything at the dealership, sales, service, and parts. He was a kind and gentle soul and loved anything involving Allis Chalmers. He enjoyed tractor pulling of all type, antique, stock farm, and hot farm. He built many pullers over the years. He was a wealth of knowledge and still loved tinkering after officially retiring a few years ago. He will be missed by so many of us. He was 86.

I can still remember the day Kenny told my dad and I that AC was closing down. We were there to purchase some parts and he had just received a letter the previous day.
We all sat there in disbelief, none of us could truly understand the decision to close. I was 23 years old at the time. Although we understood the agriculture economic climate at the time, we never thought it would come to closing the doors.
