Ran my last service call Wednesday, turned in my last time card Friday, turned in my new company car, with 3,200 miles on it Friday, drove it three weeks. I wanted to do this several years ago after selling my refrigeration business, but a friend of mine had started up a lab repair shop and wanted to know if I'd be interested in working on ultra low freezers. Everything happens for a reason, due to this part of my life, I got my wife out of a grim situation and due to contacts from working in a well respected cancer hospital, got her in, treated and diagnosis from making farewell plans to cancer free for 7+ years now. I'm the luckiest man I know.

Congratulations and congratulations on your wife being cancer free. That has to be a huge relief. I'm just starting on that journey with my wife.

Congratulations. Maybe introduce the wife to “intermittent fasting?” You can find lots of videos about it on YouTube. No, it’s not for weight loss. Although I’ve lost 30+lbs while since beginning this fasting methods. It offers many benefits to our bodies. One particular thing is that It helps our immune system do away with cancer cells or any other unnecessary cells from our body.
May you both enjoy a lengthy retirement together!!
