1998 Gleaner R52 combine for sale. 1900 engine hrs, 1425 separator hrs. We bought it in 2005 from the original owners with 350 separator hours on it. It was used on our farm to cut wheat, soybeans, milo and used to pick corn only 3 seasons. It has been shedded and very well cared for and maintained. Most new parts going into it have been OEM Agco parts. Very few acres on new accelerator rolls, cylinder bars on the gearbox end and both feederhouse chains.   Replaced main drive shaft bearings at 1200 sep hours. New poly bin floor liner one season ago. Good original front 30.5-32 tires and new rear 16.9-26 tires. It has return to front and rear cylinder option. Dan Hurtt feederhouse floor mod, helicals and bars extended into discharge area. Original cage and helicals that are in excellent shape.   It has 2 long PFP tailboard fins, standard chaffer and long tooth square tipped corn chaffer. Comes with a 20’ 800 series flex head that came new with the combine and a 1986 630 corn head. The grain head is in good shape and comes with a new in box sickle and header trailer that’s good enough for short local pulls. The corn head works good but is showing its age. I bought it well used, picked 2 years then upgraded to a Drago.   I know it’s 28 years and not new but is still a great combine. $33,250 for it, both heads, owners, parts, and service manual and several new parts.

It was sold new and delivered on Christmas Day 1998 from Strickland Brothers, Oswego Ks.
