It is called a "SWIVEL PIPE FITTING"... very common on older tractors... Many parts and hoses available at local Farm and Home Stores... It is a standard PIPE THREAD... but higher quality taper part on each end , so you get a SEAL... that is the only way to make a SWIVEL and still use a pipe thread..... as mentioned, you can convert to the JIC 37 degree flare if you want... those will be available at the Farm Store also.... If you have any type of "Farm Store" close, just go look at the hoses and fittings on the shelf.. they will have both types... here is photo of the SWIVEL PIPE..
