Engine has been stuck for several months sitting inside out of weather.Whats the best way to get it loose?

Best way is whatever it takes to free it up. If it was mine I'd dump diesel fuel down each spark plug hole until each cylinder was full. Wait a week and try it both ways with a long bar. Wait another week and try it with a long bar........and on and on.....

50/50 mix ATF and acetone.
Shake well.  Can be kept for a while, but not indefinitely.
I used a plastic squirt bottle; it lasted months
