Swinging drawbar? Need complete framework also? Know where there is a tractor but don't know what is on the rear as there was a ripper mounted.

A long way, but I believe Fresno Tractor in Fresno Calif had some HD 11's parted out. They had a decent website. So look them up if the distance is not to far for you to go.
