How bad is yours? I have one from my 190 that I was going to replace with one from a Parts tractor I bought that's a letter better. I haven't swapped them yet but the one I'm taking off is very usable.

Mine is pretty bad, bad enough I don’t think laying plywood in it will help it last any longer, I changed the battery out the other day and noticed it, I did put the new battery in it so I could start the tractor and let it run but couple trips through the hay fields and it will probably fall out.
