 This past Saturday our granddaughter graduated from University of North Georgia with a Bachelors degree in physical therapy and with NO student loans. Sometimes she worked 2 or 3 part-time jobs while taking a full class load.

Congratulations!! I've got a cousin that'll be ready to graduate from the education program at UNG next year and her sister will be starting there next year. Seems like it's been a good school so far.

Congratulations !!! Sometimes we get down on the present teenage generation, just like our grandparents did on our generation, but when I see kids like your granddaughter, and my own grandkids, it goives me confidence that, not only will they will be fine, but they will excel !

THANK YOU! everyone for the kind words and compliments. I let my daughter and granddaughter read the posts yesterday and they appreciated them very much. Most of the credit for raising her right goes to my daughter, her dad split when she was 8 and my daughter raised her as single parent. My wife and I were there as much as we could be, and I have no complaints with her paternal grandparents either.
