All my contacts. Man at the phone store said "Sorry you didnt have them saved to google or a like site." So guys dont do what I did. Back them up somehow. Also he said Samsung was gonna do a major update on all phones soon. He said that I dont have enough memory to do the update. Will have to get the old gal to delete all kinds of junk I dont know how to use. He talked like this was gonna come real soon, maybe the next 2 weeks.

A few years ago, my grandkids set me up a gmail account and linked all my contacts to it. When I get a new phone, all my contacts are automatically transferred to the new phone.

I'm no expert here, but I am thinking what the guy is saying is that your old phone might not have enough internal memory and you may need a new phone, when they do the update.

Yep, linked to my google acct but I didn't backup my WiFi links or the passwords on it.  I was told there is an App that I can get that will do that.  I've just got to remember to do it.....you know, one of those 'remember that' ,,,,,,,,,nope.
