Does anybody have a source or site where I can look at a wiring diagram for an Allis 175 diesel. I have the owners manual and I&T shop manual but both these have diagrams that have the generator and also don’t show how or where the manifold heater is wired into. Trying to rewire my old 175 from all the cobbled up mess that it has now. Thanks

It is in the last pages of the operator's manual.  There is one wire which goes to the manifold heater.  The diagram might indicate generator, but all 175s had alternators.  The diagram shows it hooked up as such.
'49 G, '54 WD45, '55 CA, '56 WD45D, '57 WD45, '58 D14, '59 D14, '60 D14, '63 D15D, '66 D15II, '66 D21II, '67 D17IV, '67 D17IVD, '67 190XTD, '73 620, '76 185, '77 175, '84 8030, '85 6080

"Delcotron" generator was the name Delco Remy used for their alternators in the beginning.
