I have a 220 also that needs one. I wonder if the 7030 would be the same. I’m sure I could make one to work but would like an original. I’ll measure the bolt pattern. Would you PM me with what your thinking and possibly a picture?

Not sure but I took one off D21 and put it on a 7030.
1945 C, 1949 WF and WD, 1981 185, 1982 8030, unknown D14(nonrunner)

Dana it is a bolt on raised piece which makes the drawbar have 2 holes for the hitch pin.
