I purchased a 5040 that will not start. Apparently the owner had a jack-leg working on it and he lost ball part #71005174. I need a size and or source for this any help would be appreciated.

I looked at that tractor the crankcase oil smelled and looked like to me it had diesel fuel
in it so I figured  the inj. pump was leaking and letting the fuel into the motor.Also another issue was the lever for the PTO clutch was in the up or disengage position the old guy told me he ran it that way which is not a good thing for those motors.Think he put the lever down before I left.I figured the injection pump was going to have to come off and be repaired.Pretty good looking tractor and has the 8 speed.
