I have a serious hydraulic fluid leak all cylinders including loader were lathed re packed and don't leak a drop. Brand new lines. I have degreased the entire tractor it appears the leak is towards transmission selector also had hydraulic control hieght block rebuilt new o rings felt dust seals doesn't leak a drop from it either. It will leak while running or not.

A little more info would help us help you.

Would assume it is an Allis Tractor you are talking about.

Need to know the Model and year ( or Serial Number ) to begin with.

"It will leak running or not"...….Leaks what ????   Hydraulic oil??? or transmission/torque tube oil?? You mention transmission selector??   You know a good picture or two would certainly help.

Hydraulic fluid. The main place I see it dripping off is the PTO housing drain plug already replaced PTO gears housing seals and gaskets. PTO was 90 wieght by I&T shop manual this is hydraulic fluid. Tried uploading photo says to big not sure if I'm doing something wrong there or what.

If you had the hydraulic pump off the tractor, I'll bet you've damaged the gasket reinstalling the pump.
