![]() ![]() Well just got my battery boxes from Sherril Kammerer and they look fantastic. cannot wait to get paint on them and on my D15's. Quality work cannot tell them from the original. If you need one give him a call at (260)318-2749 you wont be disappointed. |

There were two batteries on a D15 seriesI diesel one under the hood and one on the fender. Both were 12volt. Do not know why two other than better cranking amps during colder starts.
