I don't believe my 170 has a factory seat, and it is in need of new cushions. If anyone has a photo of a factory seat I would like to see it. Also if anyone has any good ideas for a suitable replacement I would like to hear it. Thanks

There are 2 styles.  One-Seventy tractors mostly used the same seat as the late D17s like this:

The 170 tractor could also have this same seat, or it could also have the seat that the 175 came with:
Seat cushions and pans are readily available through several vendors here.  The 175 seat, not so much...

My 170 is a 1972 model. Is there no place to get a suitable factory type replacement?

josh I bet you have the later seat with the arm rests. I believe we got our last seat cushions from K and M. Also the armrests we got from them but they are pretty spendy. this was a few years ago.
