    Posted: 17 Oct 2018 at 7:25pm
   Howdy,
Just got shipped in 8 rear sectional weights for my One Seventy. I never seen weights in this terrible condition! They were mostly black, no primer or paint, but the black was sl*g still on the weights from the foundry. First I tried hammer and chisel, then sand blasting. Blasting made it worst, like pot holes all over. So I took a 4 1/2 angle grinder to smooth them out a bit. Took 2 days to make them look a little decent. Had to fill holes with auto putty and a lot of primer! I painted a lot of weights never this bad. Always primer and paint on. Question is , how do these weights get out the foundry this way??

So were these new remanufactured weights or have they been that way for 45 years?

   Howdy Allis dave,
These weights are factory originals, used but were never on a tractor.
