Cheapest way is to find a good yard and take it off yourself. Not a bad job. I had mine out in 2 hours when I restored it 2 years ago.. Most of that time was spent flagging the wires so i knew where they went. Get one the same year if all possible. There are differences in the later series. Flashing lights, gauges, auxiliary port at rear of tractor. I had a fire as well, self inflicted. Should have disconnected the batteries. It took 4 hours to repair mine. I went to Advance Auto and was lucky to get the same color and gauge wires that were damaged.
