The WC got the curved tin under the hood in mid year 1936. At the same time, the UC went from a 300 CI to the 318 CI engine. They also got the curved hood tin and the 3/4 fender. Their first 3/4 fenders were a single rib and they looked like an afterthought. Maybe in later 36 or new for 37 the two rib came to be. I have seen a 36 with the single 3/4 and a 37 with the two rib fenders. Hope this helps.

My 37 has 2 rib and 28's, also the 318.
