I have my 7010 apart cause the harmonic slipped back and wore threw the timing cover. I have the parts but the new harmonic balancer is a 4 groove pulley off a gleaner combine will it make a difference

If the width of all the belt grooves is the same as your old pulley, I don't think there will be any issues. One un-used groove will cause no problems.
