Does anyone have or know where to get a 3 point conversion kit for a WD? I think I really need to put one on my tractor.

I have got several from Tony. They ship out of the Midwest and made by Cross. I really like those because you don`t loose the drawbar and the traction booster still works.

Biggest problem I've seen with the aftermarket 3pt hitches is there is little or no sway control. To be a useful hitch it needs a good easily adjustable sway control in my opinion.

I have the wishbone one from Tony's tractors. It works well for me you do loose the drawbar with the wishbone but it's easy to remove or install. Just unlatch it and latch the drawbar back in. Since I have a matching pair of WD45s I leave the 3pt on one and the loader on the other. Once you put a 3pt implement on you don't want to keep switching it it nowhere as easy as a snap coupler implement. The sway control is very easy just cross the sway chains that you attach to the drawbar bail mount.my 3 point tractor goes from a snowblower in the winter to a disk in the spring and a mower in the summer. I couldn't use the draw bar with any of those installed anyway so I don't miss it. I do have a crossbar mounted one on the other tractor that would allow use of the drawbar but the lower lift arms are removed and hanging on the tractor shed wall if I ever need them. They tend to get in the way when not being used.

Be sure to buy extra health hazard insurance. Hitching up 3pt implements is bound to lead to pinched fingers and sprained backs. Along with a colorful new vocabulary

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits. If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY |
