Hopefully found the problem, 2 of the wave springs were collapsed and the oil was deffinitly a higher viscosity than the 821 when we tore it apart, that didn't help matters. Going to put a seal kit and spring kit in and see what happens. Also found the torque limiter was missing a spring and sloppy, so Rick Corder is rebuilding that. Spent the day cleaning parts and changing the oil and filters in the differential. There was some interest in the jacks on my last post so here is a couple of pics of the jacks and other progress.

Any bolt supply place that deals with refineries will have what you need as far as the studs and nuts. Now if you happen to have a buddy that works in a refinery.....
