I have a D17 series IV  that I broke the piece that the two tie rods attach to  It is splined on the front. I don't know if this is a good enough description of the piece. Agco wants
$800 for it. Just wondered if someone might know where I could find this piece. serial # of the tractor is 82057.

We broke the same part on a 170. A local machine shop built a part where the tie rod goes on and brazed it together for a lot less than Agco wanted for new part. It is holding up fine.

About 25 years ago that piece cost me 300.00. It was crazy at that price.
