I need to know where I can buy a new set of banjo bolts for my Roosa-Master injection pump. Mine's got some boogered up threads on a couple of them. It's on a 1970 185 Allis and it's a Roosa-Master DBGFC-637-34FW pump. I've searched the internet and I'm just not finding what I need, but I know there has to be companies out there selling replacement parts for these. I'd prefer new ones.

Thanks for the help!!

I ordered some banjo bolts from a diesel repair shop.  Most any of them should be able to get them for you.
ALWAYS use new special sealing washers under the bolt and  the pump. Many equipment dealers should have these washers on hand.
I highly recommend you replace both washers on each line.
The bolts require a 9/16 box end or socket.  They are fine thread.  Start them by hand when replacing the bolts, to avoid cross threading.
The torque is around 35 ft. pounds.

When installing banjo bolts, leave the mounting stud nuts loose on the pump so it can wiggle around a little and do NOT tighten ANY banjo bolts until all six banjo bolts are threaded in by hand with some WD40 on the threads.

Well, that's news to me. I always thought those bolts were special from Stanadyne/Roosa Master and that was thee only place they could be had.
