I pulled plugs on final drive. If you stand behind the tractor the final drive on the right hadbout what it sould be in there. When I pulled the plug for the left side all the fluid in the trans mission came out amd I could here a hissing noise from about the left final drive. I thought the final drives were seperate from transmisson or is this normal ?

finals are separate.  hissing noise might be vent on transmission because the axle cap has come off allowing trans oil into final.  you will need to pull the rear housing and reinstall cap inside.  I suppose the seal could be bad on the pinion shaft as well but more likely the cap came off.

this is what it looks like inside.  you can see the RH cap

It probably is just an axle cap and all you have to do is pull the rear 3 pt housing off and you,ll se it laying in there, if you don't have time for that and need it now, fill it with fluid and run it,its probably been like that for years , I bet theres some out there that the finals haven't been checked and are the same

If you keep the trans full it will fill the axle and you can have an axle seal leak. Had that on ours when I put the cap back on and got all the fluids right the axle stopped leaking.
