I will be using the 6080 to run a hydro-push manure spreader tomorrow. I see in the spreader manual that the hydraulic flow rate should be no more than 6.8 gpm or it may cause a pressure drop. According to tractor data, the tractor is rated at 11.4 gpm. I can't see in the manual where this can be adjusted....will this be a problem?

spreader we will be using:

At full rpm it is at 11.4 gpm. Run it at 2/3 throttle or less would meet the spec.

Couldn't run it at 3/4 throttle as I needed all the power I had. That spreader was a brute, no way a 60 hp tractor would of pulled it in those soil conditions. Checked the hydraulic filter after 3 loads and it was just warm, so I think everything was fine. 5 hours to spread 100+ tons...slow part was the little Kubota loading me. He did have to pull me out twice, tho. I was surprised, thought we were going to have to find a bigger tractor the first time....
