The cables and the adapters are fairly common. Out of the 6 All-Crops I have 4 have all the hardware for hooking up the tachs. Out of the 4 harvesters one 1 still has the tach. Now I can add the new tach and I'll be missing only 2.
Anyone have 2 working tachs?

I don't remember who the person was, but he argued with me that all crops didn't have a tach. I know the 60 that my dad had, had one on it. I hope that man sees this thread.

Very nice! I recently found a tach sitting on a shelf at work. It somehow ended up in my desk drawer.......

I have one just like that! Not needed. What is the market now? I remember some of what they were during the last round.

You'll make a pretty penny off of it if you sell it. I've heard they're worth $150 - $200

You also need the cable and the special attachment that replaces the nut on the cylinder shaft. Ryan

We had about a 47 60 and I have never seen a tach like that . It did com with a counter that yo put against the cyl shaft to check rpm .60 came knocked down and dad and uncle put it togather.

The cylinder tach in the picture above was a dealer option. The hand held tach like you had came standard with every combine.
