D-Series Transmissions?

   I know 1st and 4th are different in some of the transmissions D10 through the D15. Seems like a remember reading somewhere a while back that 2nd and 3rd were the same CA to D15s, is that correct? I have a Series 2 D15 that has 3rd out.
