Not too rare as 554 I-40s were made and 748 I-400s were made. The I-400 was made between 1966 and 1968. Hardly any difference between I-40 and I-400. The I-400 is similar to the D-10 series 2 only beefed up. I have an I-400 and manuals. The engine is 149 cubes. Some I-400s were sold with front-end loaders and backhoes. PM me if I can help.
