Friday going to see a two bottom plow for my WD. Does all snap couple plows work on a WD? I know the CA s used them too... Anything I should be looking out for so I don't buy a plow that is too small? Thanks

I've hooked up to the snap-coupler eye on the plow with the regular drawbar clevis and a bolt. You do not need the snap-coupler bell on the tractor. It isn't easy, but it can be done.

Dr., in my eye, I see his WD as converted to SC already? I think his question is about length of the plow drawbar and width of the lift links.

Converted to snap coupler... need to know if any plow will work, just in case a CA snap coupler plow is too small. All I know about this two bottom plow has a snap hitch, but whether or not it will work on a WD if it was meant for a CA...

Beam for a five tooth ripper was to short for a D/14.

Measure the width of the lift links. If it's the same as your WD it'll work if it's about 6" narrower it's for a CA. The plows with two sets of hole on the lift bar can be used on either. The length should be the same. I've mover the Three point adapter from a CA to a Wd45 length wise they were the same.

 A CA plow will have a shorter drawbar that what would be usable on a WD. The lift links are not stationary so they won't be a problem.  A WD/WD45 drawbar could be put into a CA52 plow or you could find a "long" eye to bolt to the CA drawbar on the plow.
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
