I picked up a two ten that had been sitting a long time. I have been working on this tractor on and off for about 2 months and just when I thought I had got most of the bugs fixed something else pops up. I went to pull this thing out of the shop and the steering wheel only turns one revolution each way. I had a spare steering valve so I changed it out and it does the same thing. I was wondering if I should pull the steering relief valve and check it or could it be the steering cylinder? Thanks

I got it. Put a gauge on the steering line its at 1300. Going to check relief valve and shims.
