Hello. Just wondering if A-C ever made a 'grill guard' for the '59 D-14? Looking for pictures to make one -before- I say oops !!!! So far Google hasn't found anything.
Any pictures,drawing are appreciated.
BTW 14.9-26 tires are MUCH heavier than 12-26s.....
Jay

You can use one from a D-12 or D-15 application....they will be wider so spacers must be used....OR you can use one for a template to fit the D-14..
If you can find one to buy..it would be easier. then use the spacers...Mark

Jay, I am making some at the present. Making ones for D14,D15 and D17. They will be like the after market ones sold in late 60's and early 70's. If you look at D15 pics I posted earlier they will look almost identical to the one on it.These are heavy, not like the junk made today by aftermarket suppliers. HTH Tracy Martin

Saw you post on the D14 grille. Are any of these available? If so what is your asking price?
