Hi,

What size rivet do I use for an All-Crop 66 sickle bar guide? I found some sickle section rivets in a box, but they are too short for the sickle guides and no one near me sells anything longer than 9/16". Therefore I'll have to order online and need suggestions as to where to look and what part number.

Thanks guys,

Tycer

My first use of my '53:

may have to get longer ones and use a rivet cutter to size them

I had a great time. My machine is in good condition. I need a few parts from Tom, but for this test plot it did its job.

I am currently working on a Clipper 2b Special to get the rest of the chaff and cracked seed out.

I broke a bunch more seed than I should have. When I figured out what I was looking at and how to fix it Justin had two passes to go...... I'll get it next crop.

Nice videos Tycer.

Yes rivets are problematic. someday I am going to write a magnus opus on what to use/substitute.  I have been building a few new bars and am using all countersink for reasons I wont go into here...found out I cant get the exact size needed, or I have just a few of the last OEM available.  Couldnt find the correct size in aftermarket. Its a mess that I need to figure out.

If its not an All-Crop, it all crap!
