I was in the "main toy shed" yesterday with the camera and shot a few pictures. I am definitely running out of shed room! My cousin kept his CA here this winter and I had to park it under the hitch of the trailer! All I can say is I am thank full to have what I have and a shed to put it in!
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Now I need a camera that takes better pictures inside sheds! Jim |

Our sheds are full too, but if you needed to relocate the white top baler, pto rake, and speader, I could find a place. Don't you wish we could put the small tractors on a shelf? I hate to see floor space in a building with 12' to 16' sidewalls taken up by cabless tractors in the wintertime. We got 4 200bu seed wagons, and I wish I would stack them. #14 Case IH Vripper only stands 5' tall in a shed with 16' sidewall.

ALL kinds of room! As stated, the trailer is empty and there is a LOT of empty space around the C. You don't need a better camera, just turn on the ALLIS sign and light it up! If you really are running out of room, I have a little to spare. And I'm (hopefully) building another this spring/summer. Isn't ORANGE pretty?!

Nice bunch of Iron. If I had any shed space, I'd like to fill it with a 40 All Crop:)

If you can walk around equipement its not full yet, when you have to climb over and under to get to stuff, then its full. Had one shed so full the other year, had extra hay in there in fall, I had to take the bucket off the loader tractor to close the door.

There's lots of room in there. Mine is so tight, I have to climb over one thing to get to another. The D17 has to come out first, then the fourwheeler, then the D15 which is parallel parked in front of the hitch on the 37 baler. Then the baler can come out, and then I can get to the B. My HD3 is in my parking space in the garage. The D19 is outside at the moment, and so is the WC but that is mostly in pieces so I don't feel so bad about that one. My 45 diesel is in the old grainery side of the barn and will come out on it's own thru a seperate door. I hope to build a leanto this spring to put the baler under and maybe the D19. I wish I had the funds for a new polebarn. I would if I sold all the tractors and equipment, but then I would have nothing to put in the new shed!! LOL

I keep saying I should sell stuff to build another shed but like Chuck said I wouldnt have anything to put in it! lol
Kenny and Wil, the D15 is actually parked behind the trailer, so if Kenny wanted it he would have to work for it! lol Jim |

Usually( ok , always)...my stuff goes in first, neat and tidy, then 'someone' has to 'store' something for 'awhile'..in it goes, then more other peoples stuff.
Then of course when I need MY stuff, I have to move all this other stuff to get to My stuff...'they' are never around to help, offer any coins for storage, etc.
sigh...some dayze I ask...WHY am I so nice to others........

Like most of you mine are full to the point that I have to crawl over and around things and evertime I want something out I have to move something else, or two , or three. Have to admit that I am tired of that so have been thinning out the herd. Once I am down to where I can see the floor in a few places and can get my user stuff out easily I am going into a hold pattern, LOL.

Here in New Joisey, a shed is referred to as an 8x10 or a fuzz larger or smaller to put garden tools and small stuff into. Looking at your "shed", now that's a "shed"! Let's see the garage or pole barn!

I'm with Chuck and Dan. In my main barn, I have to climb over three tractors to get the back door open, and then everything has to come out one at a time and in order. In the little barn, I have only one tractor to climb over and then walk across the dozer track to get the door open. ripped my shirt last weekend on a cultivator lever I couldn't see in the dark. The shop is relatively open but you have to take off your jacket to squeeze between the D12 and WC to get to the sandblast cabinet. Again everything has to come out in order. Am building a 13X54 shed onto the main barn. It's full already and I don't have the roof on yet. I have all my tasks prioritized. My wife figures that If I live to 97 I might get to fixing the toilet in the basement.

I want to see how all those farmalls got up to the second shelf. I have all my garden tractor attachments above the tractors but I need to use the CA Loader to get them there. The 30X50 ft loft in my barn is basicly empty since its almost imposable to get any thing up there. I'm sure it would hold anything I could put up. The loft floor joists are 3 2X10's on ever 24" with a 12 ft span at the greatest.

I've got a 40 all-crop 40 that is torn down to the point where I have to crawl around it. Do you have any extra decals laying around for that old girl?

no disrespect but...
Don, NONE of the Farmalls leak oil....no oil in them, no bnatteries either !They're just 'dust collectors' not real working tractors...hate to think of the money 'invested' in them .
Just like the 'trailer queen' hot rods and customs you see at car shows, made for looking good only.

Lol Sorry guys the sign stays. Thats the one that came from the dealership where I work. It is in pretty rough shape from sitting out in the elements many years but its the one I remember seeing on the post yet when there was still an A-C.
I built the shed over five years ago....I think lol. A group of local Amish put it up in three days. It is 50x96. Thanks for all of the great posts, I didnt think this would turn into such a discussion! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
