How difficult would it be to change a bench seat arrangement on a C to a pan seat? Are all the components available, or are they difficult to get?
Also, is it possible to convert a narrow front on a C to a wide front? Are those parts available?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Had a parts C with the Monroe aftermarket pan seat on it. Same seat off a B will also work. They are out there and I'm sure someone will have one to sell you. Also the wide front end wiil also bolt on your tricycle but you need everything including the pedestal as they are different. Kip

Goose, don't know if it will help, but if no one gets back to you with a seat, send me an email and we can get together and I will show you my setup on my C.

Wish you were closer.  I have a complete pan seat setup (I think it's a Monroe) for a B or C that I would sell.  I even have the bracket for the hydraulic lever.
