What can i try to get my lift arms to raise on my ca, its full of oil and pto is running. Tractor has been sitting for?

Thhe first thing I would check now is the lift cylinders. Can you manually raise the arms. If not, check to see if one or both cylinders are stuck.

I had the same thing happen to mine. One of the pump plungers was stuck in the pump body.
