We have been flirting with the idea of buying a self-propelled sprayer, getting a used one cheap enough seems to pencil out, but cant really convince ourselves it is worth taking the jump. I found a Hagie I liked the looks of online, but it looks like it might be tricky to come up with parts. Do any of you have experience with Hagie sprayers, or what brand do you like? Looking for something with 60-80' booms, dont need all the bells and whistles, but would like something with a cab and air.

Might be out of your price range, but I am going to sell my Willmar Air Ride 745. $20,000. THe Hagies are okay, I drove one for a while, but I like my Air Ride for an economical unit. I think Hagie is still in business in Clarion, IA. They were the standard for many years until AG Chem and John Deere got involved.

We have a 2100, and get along fine. Make sure you look over the leg posts and attaching hardware. Much wear there and it will get expensive quickly. They are in Clarion, IA and going great guns yet. The green and yellow sprayers have stolen some of their thunder, but I much prefer the front booms.....
