What a pleasure to do business with a dealership that hasn't forgotten what customer service is all about. Sent an email requesting mower parts pricing for my 5020 Friday after 5 pm, Brenda had a reply to me before noon on Saturday. placed the order around 4 pm Monday and Buster Brown (UPS) dropped the package out side my garage 5 PM Wednesday night. She even gave me an extra 7% off because I sounded so good looking over the Phone! LOL. Shame I cant get that kind of service form my dealer 10 miles away. I highly recommend them.

I am about an hour and a half away from them & I did not even know they were there.
When I needed some parts, I decided to give them a try because the local dealers around here seem to have the attitude that you have to do buisness with them & they can treat you however they please.
WHAT A PLEASENT SURPRISE !!! Brenda @ Sandy Lake was very friendly and sent me what she had in stock with the balance coming from who knows where ??
Bottom line is that they got me what I needed and had it sitting on my front porch within a couple of days !!!!!!
Although I do beleive in supporting your hometown buisnesses, its good to know that you do not have to be at their mercy anymore, especially when they have attitudes.
Will never set foot in the local store again !!

I was pleased to meet the Sandy Lake people at the GOTO in NY some years ago. They have an outstanding EARNED REPUTATION FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE.
