If it's a bigger carb than what the WC currently has, yes it will gain some HP. How much it gains all depends on the compression and health of the 201 engine. Many WC/WD's already have a WD45/D-17 manifold on them, so that would also be a plus. I would expect if you have 34 HP currently you should gain 2 to possibly 4 more HP.
