It depends on the size of the tractor... B, C were 15 inch... Larger D series are 16 inch.
That being said... many rims have been changed over the last 60 years. What do you have ?

Like them all, but love the "B"s.

My D-19 has 15 inch tires on it. The rim measures 16 inches across. All the references I have seen, says it should be 16 inch tires. ![]() ![]() |

A 15inch tire isn't going to like seating up on a 16 inch rim. Where are you measuring the rim? The rim diameter is actually measured across the inside of the rim at the black arrow where the bead seats, not across the outer lip of the rim.

That does measure 15 inches. Wasn't sure where to measure. That must mean they have been changed at sometime. Thank you very much for the info. rrhead(SD).

The rim size is usually stamped into the rim.

Many 200's and later 185's had a 6-bolt 9.5L x 15 front wheel. That might be what you have with a 7.5 tire.

Dr. that is good to know. I need to replace the tires on the front and I think 9.5 would look good on the front of a D-19D with 18.4 x 34 on the rear. rrhead(SD)
