I'm redoing the battery box in my 7000. So I prepped and painted a piece of steel with Agco maroon from a rattle can. Had it scanned, and the closet it found was BMW oak red. When I painted the box, I also did another piece of steel. The oak red is real close, but a little brighter. In the first picture Agco paint is on the left, and its in the third picture. I'd really like to get closer to the factory color. But I need someone who knows paint say, yes you need less high strength red. But how much, and are the numbers after high strength red in grams. Note this is MTK paint. Had them mix me a pint, $45.

I chased this color situation a few years back and ended up the same.  just about every one said get a good sample and they can match...I got a can from AGCO and not one could match.  Tried at least 6/7 places from hardware stores to the big boys.  Spent a lot of time conversing with Valspar, who claimed they provided a lot of AC paint and they could not come up with it. But the behind the scene story was interesting. When I saw the Subject I thought "at last..."   Dale

Dr, they do but the issue I ran into when buying Persian 2 aerosols was about 50% of the can must of sat a long time and were junk. I found a part # from Van sickle but I might try to find a hidden piece on the tractor, wet shine it and have Chris r scan it
