   I have no experience with those rims, but the pic show the hubs are riveted to the rim.  Therefore, you remove hub dust cover, cotter pin, and axle nut to slide hub/wheel off spindle. Edited by KMAG - 26 Oct 2022 at 4:45pm | |

   YEP... the 39 was a 6 RIVET  attachment and the HUB and RIM are one part.. Starting in 1940 they went to a 5 BOLT pattern hub / rim that is two pieces. | |
