$99 and i pay the freight.  100% garanteed; i even pay the return postage if you wanna send it back, including the return freight, 
no questioned asked.   all parts except the shock carry a lifetime warranty.   A new shock can be bought at O'reilly's for around $22.  My shocks are $30, only because of the freight.
