Looks like my D-10 series III. It has the 2 speed gear box ahead of the tradition.

I certainly do not see any pictures that would show the 2 speed. 
also not what I would call a restoration.

Sorry Gary, I didn't mean to imply that that D-12 had the 2 speed gear box, only that my D-10 does.
