I have an AC 180 with a Westendorf loader and a Q1 year around cab. Recently the radiator started leaking bad and I need to remove it and get it repaired. Are there any websites with free manuals or videos on how to remove the hood and the radiator? I'm hoping that I don't have to raise the cab to slide the hood our from under it. Any help will be appreciated thanks much.

The cab should have a small panel to remove on the front in order to raise the hood after unbolting it. Best to remove the radiator cap. Remove the air cleaner, and unbolt the radiator. You may have to remove one of the side panels in front from the support.

Thanks much. I have the tools and mechanical aptitude but haven't worked on this tractor before. The loader makes accessing the bolts on the hood a pain. I've been looking for a video on how to do it, but that seems to be the one video no one has made lol.

if the loader is a quick attach type,, remove it and get it out of the way

Unfortunately it is not a quick detach loader. Since I cannot find a video of the radiator removal next best thing is to get a service manual. Anyone have a link for a service manual for an AC 180 from a respected site?

Changed radiator in my 180 with a 500 series loader hanging on it, left hood atop the machine just blocked it up over the engine, all hood bolts were removed and the grill and guard, radiator comes out the front. Lower hose is a BEAR to get at to get clamp off.
